Congratulations for a spectacular 2017! What wonderful accolades from your sales manager and team at Premier. We agree having bought and sold our house with you. We, of course, wish you all the best and know that you deserve all that praise and as we reflect back on a busy two years preparing to sell our house and actually moving, we feel it was a good move for us. We both wish you continued success and feel very fortunate to have had you in our lives to help guide us through such an important event as home buying and selling.

Our first realtor held open houses but did not collect interest and follow-up information on people touring our property. The second realtor would not hold open houses and our 'traffic' was maybe one or two people per month. We had staged the home and left it for realtors to show. Although we had an appraisal supporting our home's price, we were priced above its true market value. We reduced the price and traffic did not change. We returned to Florida and held open houses to get some traffic. Roz visited one of our open houses. We had many realtors view the house and I would ask for suggestions. Roz was the most open. My first contact with Roz began with the need to sell my dad's house way back in 2010. Roz knew the house was for sale, and that it had been modified to accommodate my dad, who was a paraplegic. Moving to Florida from North Carolina, relocating to start a new business, and making new friends was a tall agenda in 2008. Sunday afternoons were my "Open House Days" with the mission of finding a permanent home that would accommodate my baby grand piano with a footprint of 4ft. by 7ft. We thought we werepermanently at home and ready to nest. lt was a great almost 2 1/2 years. but the real estate market in North Carolina was down, and our tenants in the NC house were very unkind, causing us not to close in time to complete the option. Roz was able to sell the house to another family, and we rented for another year until our affairs up North Carolina were complete. Once again, the Piano Lady was on the hunt for our "Home to Be", and once again Roz was there to help. We went to see many listings, and one day found our forever home, where I reside to this day. As my business grew, with all my clients coming and going, I gave Roz's name as "THE REALTOR!". She-is the absolute best -- Honest, Loyal, Ethical and a very hard worker! Thank you Roz!
